Amar Hotel

I stayed for one night through Hana Tour with my coworkers and family. The hotel was old, smelly and the carpet looked dirty. We booked 6 rooms, and 3 three rooms with non- working airconditioners. There are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk and the receptionist could not speak english. I went to the front desk to complain and their answer was we will fix it tomorrow. We wanted to change rooms with working air conditioner. But no apologies and no excuses whatsoever. We packed our bags and waited in the lobby. We called our guide and finally tried to solve the situation at hand. Finally the manager came and said she can switch rooms but no apologies at all. We had to demand and ask for the belated apologies. We checked in at 10:00 ish but finally they switched our rooms at 12:00 ish after midnight. The hotel is awful and Hana Tour too. This hotel is not a Four Star hotel. This hotel is a one star hotel.

The hotel facilities are old and the TV doesn't work. The WiFi signal is also sometimes good and sometimes bad. The most annoying thing is that there is a KTV on the third floor of this hotel. I live on the 8th floor and I can hear the singing from the 3rd floor. They are still singing there at 2 am. It's so painful.

Nice room, good breakfast. Sometimes room card not working, hope they will correct it asap to make people happy.

The worst experience of my life ! 1st of all they demanded me to pay and get the room! I have paid but the room I had was dirty not even properly cleaned and I asked if its possible to get some amenities which should be included and clean the bathroom! But they said their work is so hard that they should clean fast as possible and my room was clean enough than other cleaned rooms !!!! Impossible to order a food ! Just to finish they didn't even offer a bottle of water for the room i had to pay everysingle things !
