How do I modify or cancel my booking?

Log into your account and visit 'My Bookings' to manage your reservation. Refunds, penalties, and change windows follow the cancellation policy configured for your hotel and stay.

Is the shuttle service really free?

Yes. All guests at official COP17 partner hotels enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from the conference venue. Simply show your hotel key card or delegate badge when boarding.

What documents do I need at check-in?

Please present your passport (or national ID for Mongolian citizens), your COP17 delegate badge or registration confirmation, and your booking confirmation email.

Can I book for my entire delegation?

Absolutely. Use our Group Reservations page to submit a request for 5+ rooms. Our team will assign a dedicated coordinator to handle your delegation's needs.

What if my flight is delayed?

Contact our 24/7 hotline immediately. We coordinate with partner hotels to hold your room and can arrange late-night airport transfers if needed.

Are the hotels near the COP17 venue?

All partner hotels are within 15-25 minutes of the venue via our express shuttle service. Some centrally located properties are within walking distance.
